  • All first-time patients require a 20 min initial consultation with our healthcare provider prior to their initial IV drip. This may add to your total appointment time for a first-time visit. Please plan for 60-90mins for your first IV drip.
  • No shows, Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), or patients more than 15minutes late for their appointment without prior notification may be subject to appointment cancellation, and loss of deposit. 
  • Patients should double-check with their primary care provider before starting IV hydration services. Patients with history of Cardiac risk factors, CHF or Heart failure should avoid IV hydration services.
  • IV hydration is a liquid supplement (500ml-1000ml) used to restore essential vitamins and should not be used as a meal replacement.
  • Patients should wear loose fitting top in which the sleeve can be easily rolled up.
  • Only patients receiving services are allowed in the hydration rooms.
  • Mask are recommended.
